Weightloss????

So the real point of this blog...my weight loss.

I have had 3 fills in my band, I am at 4.7cc in a 12cc band, not going up quickly, it is there way of:

1) Listening to everything their sales reps tell them
2) Rack op more co-pays from their patients
3) Take everyone as a text book case
4) Don't listen to the patients...they don't know their bodies.

Anyways, I am going back every 4 weeks now instead of 6 weeks. I have been averaging about a proud a week which is good. But this time i feel like it has been more inches than numbers, the pants I bought that are size 20, are starting to get loose on me. That is awesome.

I am getting burned out on meat..I need to get some fish and eat it for a while as a change. Then I will go back. I think part of my problem is I am not taking in enough calories, I counted one day and I was only on about 700 calories at bed time. Meat is not high in calories. Go Figure. I am thinking it is about time for some more pics, I want to find some some clothes that really fit right then take the pictures!

Oh yeah. I had to take me rings back to get them cleaned and shaped, and was able to size down my amethyst 1/2 a size from a 9 to an 8 1/2, and my wedding ring from a 9 to an 8. Yeah!!!

  1. here are some easy fish recipes that we LOVE

    Maple Salmon

    1/4 cup maple syrup
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 pound salmon

    DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.
Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.

    Shake n Bake fish
    Ingredients

1/2 lb. catfish per person you are preparing for.
    Shake-N-Bake for chicken

    Preparation

Use the amount of catfish fillets needed for the number of people you want to prepare for. Cut the fish into bite sized nuggets. Coat fish nuggets well with Shake-N-Bake. Place in preheated 400° oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until fish is flaky &white in color on the inside. The fish is so moist and you do not have all the grease or fried fish smell in your house. (I cover cookie sheet with foil AND spray with Pam.)
