My weight loss is 70 pounds, as always, I fluctuate as any ones weight does, but you can see it in my sizes. When I started in February of 2009, I weighted about 320 pounds, wore a tight size 28 pants, (I was not going any higher), I was wearing up to a 32 in shirts, or 4X (they were tight) in t-shirts. The tops are a little more understandable, my bra 48DDD - hence the large shirt size.
So here we are on Jan 1, 2011 - as it stands now. Jeans/pants 18(lose)/20, depending on the cut. My shirt size 20/22, still broad shouldered and it does make it hard to find the shirts that are cut too slim, and tapered, still don't like them, but I am learning. I have purchased 2 new bras in the last 2 months, 42DD, 6 inches down, and more to go. I am thinking I might be able to go down to a 40. Now on the scale 250-255. I am pretty proud of myself, and I know I have more work ahead of me.
I have to tone, and trim. With weight loss of anykind, those problems arise, but this is going to be my year to get back in shape and finish what I started. Hoping by the summer there will be some very noticable changes.
Here are some pictures from the last couple years.
This was at Logan's 7th Birthday Party Feb 2010 Roller World
Holly's Birthday Party March 2009 before surgery
Christmas 2010, the shirt is not too flattering?? But I had Leggins at work which I never would have worn 2 years ago.
I am going to try to take more pictures this year, and maybe even start today with measurements. I am too the point that the inches are more important than the numbers on the scale.

Way to go Missie, you can see the changes and just you making the choice to be more active and doing the TKD with your family is important. It shows Logan the importance of being active and gets him involved in physical activity at a young age. I know you will achieve what you set out to do, you always were stubborn. My only question is how on earth did your boobs get so big...lol? You weren't big boobed in high school, no I wasn't checking you out either. I know kids, weight and age will do it. If only I could lose there, but no matter what the weight changes, my chest never does :(
