He is 5!!!

He made it to 5!!

We had a great birhtday party for him on Saturday Feb 2, I will have some pictures posted soon. There are some pictures taken at Sears we did on his birthday!

He is such a little gentleman!! We are so very proud of him. He is an awesome little man.
His cousin James stayed the night with him before his party, and he got to spend some time that day with James and Jared.

Lots of friends were at his party, we had a ratattouie cake, it was so cool, he gots lots of presents, but most of he was surrounded by the love of all of his friends and family!!!

As we have learned over the past 5 years, it really does take a village to raise them, and we are very graetful for the village we have!!!!

First Dr Appt

Well it went well!!!!

This is a new doctor, my first time to him...and he is great. on the appt he said I was 10 weeks 3 days....so since this is Saturday and that was Wednesday it makes me 10 weeks 6 days today....WOW that was rough to figure out.

Anyways, we were not able to hear the heart beat. So I have another appt on Friday Feb 15, if he can not pick it up them he will send me for a sonogram. But Logan will be with me for that appt so I have a great feeling we will get to hear it.

For anyone who did not know the issues I had with my first pregnancy, I had Pregnancy Induced Hypertension. So he has already put me on a Beta Blocker to hopefully keep my BP in check. We will have to see how this works. I have faith in the doctor and his treatment, and I will continue to pray we have a safe & helthy pregnancy.

It will never get here

It will NEVER get here!

So I have resoved myself to the fact....JAN 23 will NEVER get here!!!!!

I know it is only a doctor's appointment, and I have been through this before...blah blah blah....but I want to go, I want to get a definite due date. I want to hear the heart beat....and most of all I want Logan to KNOW he has a little sibling on the way. He is convenienced the baby will be called Tarzan or Dash.

Well another week...and I will know more.

New Stuff

So it has been a LONG time....Sorry for that...but I am back and want to share something with you!

It is still very early and I know that, but from the new picture hopefully you know what I am going to say....We are expecting our 2nd little gift from God!!!! We could not be happier!

It will be in the summer...August as you can tell....so lets ALL PRAY for a mild summer!!! Keep me in your prayers for a great pregnancy...I has some issues last time for those of you who don't know. And we don't want that again. I am changing doctors so that will be a little trying at first too...but the new one has come HIGHLY reccommended!!!

I will be going to the doctor latter this month....23rd, so I will post more information after that....right now we are asking for prayers!!!

BTW - Logan is totally excited....he has said....'God put a little baby boy in your tummy' He talks to the baby every morning and every night....but if it is a girl he is not interested.....remember prayers please!!!Love ya'll

How does one say Thank You for what you did today? How do you say Thanks for capturing the perfect moments in your childs life? How can I tell you how much I apperciate your time, effort, and talent you put in the photo shot with Logan today?
The best way I know how, to spread the word. To tell all the people I know about you and what you do. Like I said, your photos are not just pictures, they are a moment in my sons life I will have to cherish forever, to share, and to continue to brag on you. You capture the raw emotion of the moment, the smile, the gleem in the eye, and the feeling surrounding every shot. It was so great to see that side of my son thru someone else's eyes, the candid shots of him being him are great!

So here goes..

What I Did on July 4th....by ME

So Ray had to work, and I knew this. So it will be Me and Logan making a day of it. First off the Arlington City Parade 46th Annual. It was great. I have been going with my brother and his in laws. It is a great time. They are super people. The parase last about 2 hrs, it starts at 9:00am, we were leaving by 11:10am. With in 15 minutes after the parade was over the traffic was all cleared out. It was great. So then time to come home....

Since Ray had to work, we got him up made burger and chicken on the grill, had lunch and then it was the best part of the day...NAP TIME!!!!! Logan and I slept until about 4:00pm.. So needed. See I am an early riser...but I am a nap lover too.

By 5:30 we are at Six Flags! Nik, Brandon & Mandi came in and went with us. We had an awesome time. Loggs is a little thrill seeker. The faster the bigger, the better. Althought he will ride the Cliffhanger 'Just one more time with Daddy'. If you don't know what that is this is it ...you set 4 people in a car, with a chest harness on, the car goes up 10 strories in the air....you can see far...moves out...click....2 seconds...and BAM...your ass is free falling....then you stop laying on your back, swing down..you are uprighted and off you go...I heard a little DAMN as we were going down...and I never remember how much I hate that ride until I am at the TOP!!!!
So the Ballpark in Arlington (Home of YOUR Texas Rangers) is right by Six Flags so we went to the parking lot to watch the fireworks...along with every-frickin-body else in the CITY!!!!! After the firewroks it took 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot. I was 4 lanes from the exit...Now lets just look at this...

City parade out in ten minutes...fireworks that include Six Flags and Ballpark triffic...45 minutes...and we are having the DAMN SUPERBOWL here in 4 years...Alrington better start spending a hell of a lot more money on roads and traffic control....

So I live about 4 miles from Six Flags...it took me 1 HOUR to get home....Now I now why the Green Acres people like the country so much!!!!!
