Logan is Growing up

On Saturday 12/27/08, we were out and about, I looked at Logan and said COME HERE KID!!!!
Well, one of his teeth on the bottom looked crooked so i touched it and it was fine, but the one to the right of it....IS LOOSE!!!!! He is so excited about his 1st loose tooth!
He has been wiggling it and playing with it. So I am sure it will be out with in the week!
Does any one know what teeth are going for the days? I mean with the ecomomy and inflation that Tooth Fairy had to have a price increase!

Holiday in the Park

Holiday in the Park

We went to Six Flags last night, to Holiday in the Park, we just love it.
Logan is still a hair to little to ride some of the rides he wants to ride, but he still had a blast. While in Looney Tunes Land they have a Santa Village set up, it is a neat little place for the kids. We met a girl while in line for the bumper cars. Cute little girl who is 5 and her name is Makenzie...I find that neat...who knows why?
Anyways, the kids sang Karoke together....E if that is not spelled right, I guess you need to school me on it. I uploaded a video of the kids signing Rudolph, they had fun.
Hope you enjoy it, there is also a video I did last Christmas of him Wishing You a Merry Christmas.
Great Christmas wishes to all!!!

Championship Game

So today was the day. The Vikings played the Bobcats at the UTA Maverick Satudium. It was awesome! We could not have asked for a better game out of these boys!
We met a little while before the game started decorated the cars, and caravaned to the stadium. Once we got there and got organized, we lined up, and headed for the field. Potty break first....you learn this with 5 yr olds! Then off we went. We entered the field and sat down, watching the other teams get there trophies while we waited for directions on what to do.
We took the field, warmed up a little, the weather was perfect for the game today. One of my kids dad sat up in the press box, being a 'spotter' to help the announcer. They intorduced the cheerleaders that came. They were from the 2nd grade team. It was fun. Then they introduced our boys one by one calling their number and name! They ate it up. I sent up the captains for the coin toss....2 & 5, OF COURSE the Coaches Kids!! Coach Mike went up with them. We started with posession of the ball. It took 2 downs and then we got it together! My boys looked good. We scored, did not get the extra point, but then they answered right back! We kept the game tied. We went in to half time it was tied up 19 all.
2nd half we started on defense, we held them for 4 downs before they scored. Then the extra point. 26 -19 Bobcats! But we got the ball and scored, on the 2nd down, then one of my boys ran the longest 2 point conversion in flag history I think. So we answered back 26 all. With 2 minutes left in the game, the Bobcats had the ball, and they scored, after 2 downs, and that was the GAME!!!!! So the final was 32-26. We did not keep score all year, but we only lost 2 regular season games, and we kept this one close.
So once the game ended, I got to annouce all my boys and give them trophies, it was great. Then I introduced the best asst coach I could have. Coach Mike did such a wonderful job it was unreal! I will be coaching the 1st graders next year, and Mike will be coaching the PreK-K kids. We have agreed to share practice field but that is it. I can wait to get to do this again.
Once I was done announcing the boys, I was given a trophy, and the GAME BALL!! That was cool!
I want to thank all of the family & friends who came out so early this morning to support the kids. Thanks....and to my husband, who helped me more than he knows with this. He was a great supporter for me and Logan. My team mom was the best, she did a wonderful job, and for the moms & dads who were out at practices, every time we had them and gave the encouragement & support to their kids to succeed!
Also a special THANKS to Mr. Dave. He did a video of our game, so all of us parents will have an awesome professional video of our kids at this game!! And THANKS to Coach Mike for making it happen!
